Roadtrip 2016 Fall: Vancouver - Yakima - Bend - John Day River - Port Orford - Florence - Seaside - Vancouver

Day 45 - Foraging in Eugene

South on 101

East on 126 - moss laden trees along the Siuslaw River.

Serving the new dominant lifeform in semi-rural Oregon, Homo Cannabubbasis.

Coffee Plant Roaster, our new benchmark for coffee in this region.

Foraging Eugene - first stop past coffee, croissant sandwiches, and bags and bags of whole beans to go.

Fish acquired, on to the meat store - and this one is brimming and all ready for the Thanksgiving rush.

Russ is pleased - we have found the dim sum store. I think it's dumplings in soup for lunch tomorrow.

Foraging for coffee after dark on a winding road is a difficult exercise. The diner in Walton was very good to us.

This is the rest of Walton. Really.
